Q. Am I able to purchase your products in any retail store?
A. Yes! Check out our List of Retailers to find who carries our products. We are also looking for new retailers to carry Pepoco, so if you are interested, please reach out to us!
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Our current turn around time is 1-3 business days. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
Q. Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?
A. Yes, all Canadian and US orders will receive tracking.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A. Please email us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
Q: How do I return my order?
A. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues with your order once it is received. Because our products are personal care products, we do not accept returns.
